6 Chic Spring Trends You Can Buy From Nordstrom for Less Than $150

Is it just me, or is this year’s crop of spring trends particularly strong? From maxi skirts and granny jackets to cargos, flats, and—my personal favorite—elevated basics, I don’t recall a time in which I’ve wanted to invest in so many It-items at once. Of course, in terms of budgeting, it’s not quite as great a thing. My shopping carts and wish lists can only be described as scary and some major editing will need to take place before I settle on what I can feasibly purchase for the coming months.

One thing that I’ve been working on in order to ease the blow of my next credit card bill has been looking for affordable versions of my favorite pieces first so that I can save as much as possible. Naturally, Nordstrom has been a trove of finds, so I figured I’d share everything I’m eyeing as of late—all under $150. Just keep scrolling to shop six of my favorite trends for spring and summer.

1. Tube Dresses

I love this trend for a cool take on party dressing, and, thanks to its easy-to-master silhouette, there are so many affordable options to choose from.

2. Elevated Basics

Chic basics are at the forefront of spring fashion right now, and as a person with a classic-leaning style, it's right up my alley.

3. Maxi Skirts

More of my thoughts on maxi skirts here, but basically, my 5'2" self is loving the comeback of this flattering hemline.

4. Granny Jackets

Would Emily Gilmore wear it? Then I'm buying it. But, seriously, this polished piece is a must.

5. Cargo Details

We've officially reached peak cargo, so anything with those distinct pockets goes. Think jackets, skirts, and pants for starters.

6. Ballet Flats

If, like me, you got rid of all your of your old ballet flats after the last wave, not to worry because Nordstrom has more options than one could ever want.
