My Vision Board for 2024 Is Filled With '90s Runway Looks—9 I'll Copy First

If you took one look at my Pinterest board, you'd think I was living in 1994. Instead of ripping pages out of magazines and putting them in my scrapbook, I'm dragging and dropping images onto my desktop and creating iPhone backgrounds with bubble-letter font telling me to "follow my dreams." Yeah, I'm that cheesy.

The rise of vision boards has truly crept up on us, and I feel like everyone I know has created a vision board of their own. While mine features images of travel, fitness, and health, I also have some style goals of my own. I want every outfit I wear to look like I just walked down a '90s runway. Looking in the mirror, I ask myself, Would Gianni Versace approve of this? If you're with me, the nine looks you should begin with are below.

If you love wearing a suit as much as I do, an easy way to spice up even the most overworn set in your wardrobe is to add a sequin top. For the past few years, I've seen people wearing their suits with a bra, but I'm taking notes from Chanel and choosing sequins instead.

I tend to keep it formal when styling my nicer buttoned jackets, but seeing this Versace look that expertly juxtaposes a tweed jacket with knit flare pants is jogging my memory of the numerous ways I could re-create this outfit. If you want your closet to feel fresh, try something as unexpected as this.

If I saw this outfit on the streets of New York on a random Tuesday, it would definitely turn heads, but I'd never know it was vintage. Some things just never go out of style, and apparently, a gray vest with a printed skirt is one of them.

Colored tights are having a moment right now, and the time to wear them is literally anytime. This look is also eerily similar to the recent runway presentation held by Gucci, and I'd wear this outfit on my next night out without any questions.

If you want to look dressed up but feel like you're wearing pajamas, just know that if Calvin Klein models during the Carolyn Basette-Kennedy era did it, then you can too. My next bodega run just has to look like this.

My inner preppy schoolgirl was instantly drawn to this Kate Moss moment that you could probably re-create with whatever is in your closet. Give your miniskirt an update with this effortless combination.

Right now, my FYP is all about fur-trimmed everything. I'm currently dreaming of hitting the slopes in Aspen, and this look is what I would be packing if I could have my hands on anything.

Investing in a simple shift dress is all I need to convince myself that clothes can do anything. This is an item that you can dress down with simple ballet flats or up with red lipstick.

Blumarine can really do no wrong, and this suit set is proof of that. The things I would do to be in Paris right now wearing this look… Don't forget the zebra pumps!
