After months of staying home and practicing social distancing, it was only inevitable that my screen time was going to go up. I hate to admit it, but some days, I merely rotate between looking at my laptop screen for work, looking at my phone screen as a diversion, and back at my laptop again as I drift off to sleep watching a TV show.
