Gwyneth Paltrow Wore an Oscar-Worthy Gown to Her Engagement Party

When you're Gwyneth Paltrow and Ryan Murphy throws you an engagement party, you can bet that it's going to be a star-studded black-tie affair. And given that Paltrow and her crew of famous friends have attended quite a few of those, the entrance to the downtown Los Angeles event could've easily be mistaken for the entrance to a Hollywood award ceremony.

Paltrow, in particular, attended the celebration of her and Brad Falchuk's upcoming wedding in an Oscar-worthy gown. Her elegant look consisted of a custom Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown in burgundy with a ruffled one-shoulder design. It was on-trend yet classic, which is always a good way to go when dressing for black-tie events.
