There's a part of me that doesn't want to wear what everyone else is wearing, but there's a bigger part of me that makes me want that item more. I suppose there's something about seeing it over and over on people with different aesthetics and different outfit combinations that convinces me of its versatility and that it's worth investing in. The problem is that many It items (bags, in particular) will cost you thousands of dollars, but I have great news: The latest Prada It bag is far less at $725. (For comparison, the popular Prada Sidonie Bag is $2200.)
In case you haven't guessed yet, the new It bag I'm referring to is Prada's Re-Edition Nylon Bags, which rose to fame in the early aughts and have been recently brought back by the likes of Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid and their vintage versions. Wisely, Prada opted to reissue the bags. The Re-Edition 2000 Mini Bag (the most popular one) features the original fabric strap, while the 2005 version comes with a leather strap or a chain strap (which is a bit more expensive). Both come in neutrals and brights.
What I love about the bags (besides the reasonable price, relatively speaking) is that they're extremely lightweight and durable (I particularly love them for travel), and they hold a lot more than they appear to. As a result, everyone (including Kaia Gerber) has been carrying them.
