Prediction: This '90s Dress Trend Is About to Be Huge

We have been talking about the maxi trend at length, but you can rest assured that it isn't going away anytime soon. If you're looking to bring it into 2023, sleek tube dresses are the way to wear it, as spotted in The Row's collection from Paris Fashion Week.

I'm predicting a rise in satin items—tube dresses or not. The elegant material was prevalent in the spring/summer 2023 collections in a way that feels much more impactful that the last several years, so now is the time to double down on the pretty, shiny pieces.

For a more casual take on the tube dress, opt for a slinky style. Christopher Esber, as always, perfected the silhouette, but there are also some stunning takes on it you can find right now from brands such as Saint Laurent and Zara.

If you haven't heard already, bubble dresses are back. I'm specifically interested in the strapless variety, which were in heavy supply on the Prada and Khaite runways. I already know these are going to be huge next year.
